Pleasant staff. Reasonable wait times. Dr. Williams was respectful, proffesional, explained the proceedure needed, answered my questions and is not arrogant. This level of behavior is rare nowadays. Highly recommended!

Dr Williams listened closely to my concerns, and discussed all options, even drawing a diagram explaining my hand issues (osteoarthritis). I have a lot of confidence in him, particularly given his numerous board certifications and wealth of experience. His staff are all so very nice and efficient. So thankful my primary referred me to him!

Very disappointed with Dr Williams staff...I have been seeing Dr since 2017....after my surgeries staff would contact me to follow up.
The staff he has now shows me things have changed in very BAD way..... I love Dr Williams and he is a great hand surgeon....top of his profession. Please make some good changes to his staff.

The front desk was very prompt and polite and were quick to respond to my questions. The medical assistants were very knowledgeable. And Dr Williams is excellent at keeping people calm and explaining in detail what procedures will be done and where and how and asking for feedback for any issues that the patient might foresee.

Dr Carl Williams is very knowledgeable, kind and courteous. I would like him to operate on my left had side the small cyst that he detected on my last visit. Will try to schedule sometime in October.
